Terms and Conditions of Engagement

Clients agree to the fullest extent permitted by law to indemnify MSquared College Counseling, LLC., its officers, directors, employees, and sub-contractors (collectively, Consultant) against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees, and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with this project or the performance by any of the parties named of the services under this agreement. The indemnification will survive the termination of this Contract.

I reserve the right to terminate our relationship if, at any time, the student or family acts in such a manner that either the Consultant or his relationships with schools, colleges, or universities is threatened. That most regularly means making the Consultant complicit in the presentation of false documents, plagiarized work, or the violation of authorship statements and early decision contracts. Fees will not be reimbursed in such cases.

The College List Booster package requires students to complete two surveys and a 1-hour video meeting with the Consultant. A parent survey is encouraged but optional. The student and family will also have access to a final video call to discuss the list and some ideas about application strategy. The package does not include essay review or other application advice.

If you decide that you would like to have comprehensive college counseling support after the College List Booster package, we can add initiate those services with a credit equal to the amount of the College List Builder Package.
